Job Duties & Responsibilities:

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales growth in the assigned region. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive sales performance, manage a diverse team, and expand our customer base through innovative approaches and strong market relationships.

You will play a key role in driving regional growth, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver results.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive subscriber growth.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with resellers, agents, and distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, compliance, and ethical business practices.

Job Specification

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Telecom / ISP
  • Proven experience in managing teams and achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
