Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • No internet / unstable connection
  • Router and ONT configuration
  • IPTV/STB activation errors
  • Signal level issues
  • Fiber cuts, ONU issues, and hardware faults
  • Coordinate with the NOC, L2, and field teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Guide resellers on network best practices, device usage, and preventive maintenance.

Job Specification

 

Number of Vacancy(ies): 1

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ISP/telecom technical support

Contract of Employment: Full-time

Job Location: Head Office (Jawalakhel)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution.
  • Reseller satisfaction rating. Reduction in repeat complaints.
  • Number of successful activations supported.
  • Proper hardware documentation and minimal defects.
  • Quality of training provided to resellers.
