Job Description

This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal 

Major responsibilities:

  • Financial Governance: drive transparency and accountability of technology performance and provide Capex / Opex KPI status
  • Manage and monitor overall budget planning and utilization
  • Assist Manager to build ICT budget controlling processes that are required for the Technical department and coordinate these with Finance department
  • Manage and Control ICT vendor purchase and invoice process and follows up invoice payments
  • Manage and follow up ICT AOP: forecast, plan and execution. In coordination with Financial Department, control its booking on project level incl. follow up and control financial documentation flow (EIR, AWP, Acceptances etc.) and project milestone fulfillment based on contract terms and conditions
  • Vendor relationship management: manage and control ICT project budget delivery documentation flow from Vendors according project milestone achievement
  • Exhibit Financial accountability for transform and growth projects owned by Portfolio and Project Management Office and be accountableto Run/ maintain projects investments owned by the line

Your qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Management or Higher
  • 3 and more years’ experience in Budgeting and financial management

Your profile:

  • Experience of analyzing financial aspects of projects
  • Experience of preparing International standard comprehensive Financial reports
  • Knowledge in the Products and Services area within telecom and IT
  • Good understanding of financials P&L
  • Able to quickly adapt to change and solve issues/tasks in a rational, logical and analytical way quickly and correctly.
  • Capable to Manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach.
  • High interpersonal skills with capability to display tactics through communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills with capability to foster collaboration among the teams.
  • Capable to respond resourcefully and responsively to challenging situations
  • Fluent in English – both written andSpoken .
  • Other relevant languages an added value.
