Job Description

This position requires fluency in Nepali & English, both written and verbal. We encourage local people of Nepal to apply for this position.

 

Main responsibility areas:

  1. Manage product, service or system development projects following Ncell project governance and methodology
  2. Manage business process improvement projects
  3. Define the project scope and clarify requirements
  4. Select, build and lead project team and assist stakeholders
  5. Develop project plan, budget and schedule following defined project KPIs
  6. Manage stakeholders expectations to maximize value for the business
  7. Manage project constraints, changes and project risks in accordance with defined project metrics
  8. Monitor and report the project progress and status


Your qualification and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  2. 3 and more years of experience in project management


Your Profile:

  1. Experience in managing business process development/improvement projects
  2. Able to lead project team working on business critical complex projects
  3. Capable to manage and proactively influence relevant stakeholders
  4. Business minded, structured, result oriented and have a proven ability to work with people as a leader in a cross-functional work environment
  5. Confident as a project manager and have a high degree of self-esteem
  6. Understand the importance of proper project planning & delivering on time, budget & quality
  7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
