Main responsibility areas:

  • Review and coordinate with BP’s to update Job Descriptions for all the job positions and archive up-dated Job Descriptions (soft copies as well as the signed hard copies) and handover the hard copies to Compensation & Benefits Unit to update in HR SAP and personnel file.
  • Develop OHS Management System including but not limited to investigation, risk assessment, actions, action plan and execution/follow up with all departments.
  • Make sure the OHS policies, instructions and guidelines are in place following company guidelines and local legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with service providers for periodic health checkup, arrangement of employees’ emergency health and safety related issues.
  • Coordinate and process all the health insurance claims of employees and their family members.
  • Timely insure employee insurance updates, renewal and payments meeting given timeline.
  • Keep the organization structure updated in Intranet and Power point/Visio as defined and reporting the updates on time.
  • Take supporting role of Crisis Management team and liaise with CMT in execution and functions
  • Act as a contact point for Sustainability (HR) related task as assigned by the manager.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits functions and extend support as needed. In addition, extend support to Performance Management as and when needed.
  • Handling staff inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report complaints if any to next level.

Your qualification and experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR function, preference will be given to those with experience in OHS.

  • Knowledge of reporting tools and programs.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills.
  • Forecasting skills, definition of perspective and current needs in personnel.
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders.
  • Ready to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of local labor law of Nepal.
  • Should be flexible with working time.
