Position: Strategy Director

This position requires specialization in the area of corporate development and Strategy in multinational Telecommunication sector.

Main responsibility areas:
  • Work with senior leaders to find advantage of opportunities for business growth and improvements.
  • Drive SWOT analysis and lead business development plans i.e. long range plan (LRP) annual operating plan (AOP) and funding plan aligning organizational KPI’s with improvement focus on internal processes, products & customer services.
  • Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
  • Communicate and implement company's strategy internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall KPI’s
  • Ensuring departmental strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.
  • Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
  • Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.
  • Participate in the Annual Business Plan review process
  • Periodic dashboard preparation for senior management review
  • Analyze overall strategic targets of the company and determines performance indicators and reports to Senior Executive in the company

Your qualification and experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, preferred MBA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of Leadership role and proven track record in Corporate Development & Strategy in Telecom Sector preferably in multinational business environment
