Job Description

Main responsibility areas:

  1. Identify individual targets in coordination with immediate manager and perform work professionally with loyalty and integrity
  2. Maintain positive team spirit to ensure effective realization of targets focusing on the overall success of the company and satisfaction of the customers
  3. Understand and fully adhere to the company values and code of conduct & ethics and act as a role model and ambassador of the company
  4. Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by management
  5. Operation and maintenance,optimization and development of Billing System,payment gateway, other mobile financial services and underlined integrated platforms
  6. Business Support System’s products, tariffs, delivery of campaigns  and provide technical support comprising of services, solutions and platforms considering risk and impacts, ensuring quality of service
  7. Ensure the quality of realtime rating and billing for both Prepaid/Postpaid subscriptions with agreed level of revenue assurance for all voice and non-voice services. This implies both Fixed and Mobility subscriptions
  8. Operation and maintenance of postpaid bill invoicing ensuring the quality of bills to expand the B2B business in the market
  9. Monitoring of system KPIs for all the Billing System nodes and identify/plan/implement of correction measure in close consultation with the respective vendors
  10. Develop standard technical frameworks and solutions. Participate,develop and implement strategies, architecture and processes
  11. Maintain and follow-up KPIs, meet SLAs defined for inter/intra departments
  12. Actively participate in assigned projects and ensure its timely delivery with quality
  13. Timely reporting to managers
  14. Timely Identify/analyze, audit/reconcile items and ensure to close gaps in terms of security, products, systems and revenue for further enhancement of the systems
  15. Patches, upgrade and health checkups /expansions (capacity planning) analysis by self or by coordinating with vendors, partners (plan/execute/support)
  16. Maintain positive relationship with inter/intra department/unit and partners/vendors and think from customer’s perspective and influence/help other team members to resolve the issue
  17. Maintain documentation process for any activities done

 

Your qualification and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s in Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 years experience with specialization in similar field

 

Your Profile:

  1. Experience of running large and complex technology projects
  2. Excellent experience in the products and underline services management area within billing and charging
  3. Excellent IT and network knowledge
  4. Excellent knowledge of billing processes/standards
  5. Excellent understanding of Telecom processes/protocols/standards
  6. Knowledge on UNIX-based OS or Windows Server platforms with an emphasis on how applications are deployed
  7. Expertise  and  experienced in PL/SQL Development, debuging, tuning and optimization. Oracle JDBC, Oracle Supplied packages and tools like PL/SQL Developer, SQLDeveloper, JDeveloper
  8. Programming skills – JAVA, C,C++, PHP
  9. Excellent knowledge of warehouse architecture - concepts and experience with high level data processing in advance
  10. Excellent knowledge of relevant industry standards
  11. Shape the business and strongly respond to customers and market needs; able to quickly adapt to change and solve issues/tasks in a rational, logical and analytical way quickly and correctly
  12. Optimizes execution. Set clear objectives
  13. Business acumen and customer focus mind set
  14. Manages complex environments and proactively responds to issues in an innovative yet structured approach
