As we strive to continually serve our customers with the best experience at Ncell, we are keen to welcome a GTM Specialist to our dedicated team. This new member will work with the team in devising a communication strategy required for launching numerous products and offers for the customers. It is therefore important that the individual display strong communication and other functional skills that are required for the position.
Main responsibility areas:              

  1. Responsible for devising the communication strategy and marketing mix per campaign and/or offering. This includes working with Project Managers on brief formulation, translation of the unique selling proposition into a value positioning message and creation of a complete Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy (including touch point analysis and communication approach) with comprehensive detailing to launch the offer.
  2. Take ownership as a Project Lead and collaborate with various (internal) intra and/or cross-functional team members to prepare for timely GTM launch. Liaise between Ncell creative agencies and other external partners to devise the communication approach. Final internal approval of strategy before rollout.
  3. Launch the product/offer as per the devised communication strategy in time across all agreed touch points, post launch analysis with action points and final reporting aligned with the business objectives.
  4. Annual planning of all activities linked with campaigns and promotions and integration in master Marketing Communication roadmap.
  5. Establish segmented and innovative communication strategy to reach customers depending on target audience and preference.
  6. Working efficiently and robustly as a Support Function to the Business and Internal Customers.
  7. Responsibilities include deriving communication in the best interest of the Ncell Brand pillars and periodic competitor/market analysis.

Your qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management (Marketing/ Advertising preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field
