This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal.
Main responsibility areas:

Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business/support functions related to HR/employee topics.

Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the relevant organizational functions.

Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients.
-
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risk.
-
Identify and recruit the best talent for the business.
-
Act as performance improvement driver and provokes positive change in the people management.
-
Act as a member of the HR Team.
-
Provide support to managers in people management.
-
Support HR team in building and implementing PDP and PIP as part of high performing culture.

Coordinate with other business partners.
-
Own and deliver HR initiatives as assigned.

Recommend procedural/policy changes that will improve and enhance the functioning of the HR function.

Be role of model of company values and comply with company policies and procedures.

Performing any other reasonable duties assigned by the management.

Your qualification and experience

Minimum of Bachelor's degree but preference will be given to those with MBA.

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
