Job Description

Position: Assistant Specialist

Department: Strategic Adjacencies and Customer Channel
Unit: Customer Experience

Main Responsibility Areas:

  • Preparing daily Transactional NPS survey report and sharing within department the reasons for detracting from the brand.
  • Calling to detractors for noting their comments as an implementation of real time loop and sharing the report to concerned team
  • Conducting regular meeting with touch-point managers for discussing the NPS reports and planning /following up for implementation of improvement activities.
  • Conducting awareness activities regarding customer experience among touch-point staffs through briefing sessions and quizzes, newsletter and employee motivational plan.
  • Running/Monitoring/Driving improvement projects for enhancing experience in touch-points.
  • Sharing the results of Relationship NPS survey and coordinating across different departments to run improvement projects.
  • Implementing customer experience improvement ideas received as customer feedback from all NPS surveys.
  • Assisting on planning yearly roadmap for customer experience development activities within company.
  • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results.
  • Provide the root cause of issues as per the analysis of transactional survey results, create action plan for resolution of issues and communicate to respective team managers for the implementation.

Your Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor completed with experience in similar field but preference will be given to those having MBA.
  • Experience in preparing analytical reports, data analysis and customer handling
  • Participation in group projects, experience of implementing projects as a project manager.
  • Your profile:
  • Customer centric mindset, energetic, adaptive 
  • Strong mathematical skills, analytical/research skills, and mastery of statistical techniques to transform raw data into insights
  • Knowledge on customer experience metrics, NPS and global trends 
  • Ability to co-ordinate with different departments, know-how of organization functions
