Job Description

 

This position requires fluency in Nepali & English, both written and verbal. We encourage local people of Nepal to apply for this position.

Main responsibility areas:

Financial Governance: drive transparency and accountability of technology performance and provide Capex / Opex KPI status
Manage and monitor overall budget planning and utilization
Assist Manager to build Technology budget controlling processes that are required for the Technical department and coordinate these with Finance department
Manage and Control Technology vendor purchase and invoice process and follow up invoice payments
Manage and follow up Technology AOP: forecast, plan and execution. In coordination with Finance Department, control its booking on project level including follow up and control financial documentation flow (Equipment Installation Report, Act of Work Performed, Acceptances etc.)and project milestone fulfillment based on contract terms and conditions
Vendor relationship management: manage and control Technology project budget delivery documentation flow from Vendors according to project milestone achievement 


Your qualification and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years work experience


Your Profile:

Experience of analyzing financial aspects of projects
Knowledge in the Products and Services area within telecom and IT
Good understanding of financial Profit & Loss
Able to quickly adapt to change and solve issues/tasks in a rational, logical and analytical way quickly and correctly.
Manage tasks/assignments in complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach.
