Major Responsibilities: Undertake high level coordination and engagement with senior government officials, international and national partners in relation to standardisation of all aspects of the procurement cycle in the health sector; support the procurement reform agenda of the government authorities and develop an appropriate procurement model to enhance accountability and transparency for the different tiers of the system.
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in public administration, social science, economics, management or other similar discipline with minimum five years of experience in procurement services.
