Recognizing the critical importance of a well-functioning health workforce system, HERD International engages in strengthening evidence generation and application to support improvements in health workforce planning, management, and policy processes. To further enhance this work, HERD International seeks to engage a part-time consultant in Human Resource for Health (HRH) to provide technical expertise in HRH analysis, strategy development, and systems strengthening.
