Job Description

Major Responsibilities: Develop an evidence based framework for learning and coordinating all professional development and mentoring activities within the scope of the programme while  ensuring  effective approaches to adult learning; work closely with government agencies and international and national partners to enhance management’s ability to develop policy, improve the knowledge base and skills sets of staff responsible for infrastructure planning, development and maintenance; build capability of private sector contractors and professionals in relation to GoN requirements for retrofitting and environmental and disaster resilience.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in structural design or civil engineering, organizational development or similar discipline preferably with a focus on adult education, mentoring and skills transfer with a minimum of five years’ experience in capacity building, ideally in the health and infrastructure sectors.
