Position: Health Taxation and Legislative Reform
Background

To further enhance its technical capacity in the areas of health taxation, public policy, and legislative reform, HERD International seeks to engage a part-time consultant who will provide specialised expertise to advance research, policy analysis, legal review, stakeholder consultations, and reform-oriented initiatives. This engagement will support the delivery of high-quality technical inputs aligned with the organization’s mission of promoting impactful evidence, innovation, and effective policy engagement.
