Job Description

Position: Training Coordinator, Nuwakot District (one)

Job Description :

  • Facilitate data/information collection and management of the health workforce for identifying the knowledge and skills gaps
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training packages to capacitate the health workforce
  • Design and conduct training related to public health
  • Organize various events such as meetings, workshops, discussions, interactions, etc.

Job Specification :

  • Masters' degree in public health and related field with at least five years of extensive work experience of conducting training community health related education and advocacy
  • Clear understanding of reproductive health concepts
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, plan and manage events such as meetings, workshops, conferences and seminars as well as transfer knowledge and skills
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Nepali
  • Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
