The key deliverables include but are not limited to:
Lead the design, planning, and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system in coordination with the Team Lead, project team, and implementing partners.
Support the development of project work plans and budgets in close collaboration with donors and partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Assist in the preparation of the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP), Project Implementation Guidelines, and ensure the timely execution of planned activities.
Review and ensure quality of event reports, narrative reports, activity reports, event tracking sheets, and attendance records submitted from provincial teams to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Contribute to the preparation of quarterly progress reports, ensuring they meet donor requirements in terms of content, format, and timelines.
Document key project learnings, including lessons learned, best practices, success stories, and case studies, in close coordination with the project team.
Regularly track progress against project indicators and update the Indicator Tracking Table accordingly.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and inclusivity by reviewing, validating, and updating data collected from the field.
Design and adapt quantitative and qualitative tools, including questionnaires and surveys, to meet MEAL requirements and project objectives.
Analyze project data and present findings and learnings with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible records and data through standardized archiving and documentation practices.
Conduct regular review meetings, and follow-ups with the project team, provincial coordinators, and implementing partners.
Plan and carry out routine data quality assessments and monitoring visits to implementation sites as required.
Capacity enhancement of project team on monitoring and evaluation.

Job Requirements
The candidates should have the following key job requirements and skills:
Education: A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Gender/Women’s studies, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or other relevant Social Sciences.
Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects, with a strong preference for experience in gender-based violence prevention, ASRH, CSE, or advocacy-related projects.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated experience in developing M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Strong data management skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, Stata, Kobo, Excel, etc.)
Experience in training and capacity building on M&E methodologies.
Knowledge of ethical and safe data collection processes in GBV programming
Other Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali
Previous reporting experience with UN agencies is highly desirable
Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong skills in collaboration and coordination
Sensitivity and understanding of GBV issues and survivor-centered approaches.
