Job Description

  • Prepare the cash journal and finance reports, book keeping and ledger posting.
  • Submit the annual internal audit of protect, monitoring the transaction of the requisition and cash flow.
  • Collect, check, register and keep track of incoming & outgoing invoices. travel claims, according to national law and internal procedures. Make cash and bank reconciliation every month.
  • Prepare payroll of stalls monthly by coordinating with the HR and HO Finance.
  • Handle cash and treasury operations with advanced use of spreadsheets for tracking expenses and payroll system with tax applications. controls for ensuring proper transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Office.
  • Maintain office equipment, buildings, materials and properties.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with three years of experience in relevant field. Proven experience in administering project accounts.
  • Good computer skills inducing spread sheets and database.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Hands on experience of FAMAS is preferred.
  • Work experience in the Far West Development Region of Nepal would be an asset.
