Job Description

Position: Technical Officer, Gorkha District (one)
 
Job Description :
  •  
  • Responsible for entire intrastructural activities in Gorkha
  • Orient sub-engineers about detail drawings, estimation, bill of quantities and Implementation procedure
  • Make periodic visit to sites and monitor the intrastructural activities
  • Assure the quaky of work as per given designs, drawings and specifications
  • Optimize the available resources to ensure the quality of work
  • Assess the damage and formulate the required maintenance. restoration and retrofitting work where deem feasible and required Coordinate with Technical Field Officers for effective social mobilization in the affected areas
  • Prepare and submit the reports of site visit to line manager
  • Comply with donor requirement
 
Job Specification :
 
  • BE Civil Engineering with three year work experience in relevant sector
  • Excellent computer skills basically AUTOCAD-2D, EXCEL, Power point etc
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English and Nepali
  • Hands on experience of handling procurement processes
