Job Description

Position: Ardvocacy Coordinator, Nuwakot District (one)

 

Job Description :

  • Facilitate datafinformation collection and management about Sexual and Reproductive Health

  • Develop IEC and BCC materials

  • Develop standard information package on Reproductive Heath

  • Develop and implement manual for adult literacy on Reproductive Health

  • Develop contents for trainings and orientations related to Reproductive Health

  • Organize awareness raising events as per the requirement

  • Develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for Reproductive Health Activities

  • Initiate peer-counselling activities in schools/clubs/mother group to raise awareness on

  • Reproductive Health

  • Establish youth information centers in schools and communities for recreational.educational and counselling purposes

 

Job Specification :

  • University degree in public health and related field with 3 years* experience in advocacy. policy development. implementation and evaluation of Sexual and Reproductive Health Right

  • Clear understanding of reproductive heath related issues at the local level

  • Proven ability in conceptualize, plan and organize rallies, gatherings. meetings, workshops and transfer knowledge and skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
