Job Description

  • Facilitate data/information collection and management of Posttraumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD).
  • Organize community gatherings, rallies, workshops, seminars, public meetings, workshops, informal social discussions regarding PTSD. Develop IECBCC materials.
  • Regular monitoring and evaluation of PTSD awareness raising activities.
  • Support PTSD Experts to conduct training/orientation n schools and communities.
  • Provide basic counseling and psycho-therapy for individuals, groups families with PTSD.
  • Provide orientations, workshops and trainings to local health workers and concerned stakeholders on PTSD.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor degree in mental health. Psychiatry, counseling or related field.
  • Expertise in mental health and psychosocial support alter crises.
  • Minimum of three years ol professional experience in mental health and psychosocial support, especially experience in post crises care and treatment, mental health, cross cultural communications, counseling. Training and related areas.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, plan and manage events such as meeting, workshop, conferences and seminar as Atlas transfer knowledge and skills.
