Job Description

Position: Project Manager, Nuwakot District (one)

Job Description :

  • Develop annual/quarterly work plan and implement them effectively
  • Provide technical and management advice for capacity building (of CKWs and other heath workforce), raising awareness (of reproductive health), and psychosocial support to earthquake survivors
  • Develop guidelines and field-based tools for the implementation of the project
  • Suggest strategies and actions deemed for education and advocacy related activities
  • Document experiences, lessons learnt. best practices and replicable strategies/approaches and support in knowledge management Trackthonitor progress against planned activities in order to meet the overall goal of the project
  • Be accountable for project funds. overseeing the preparation and monitoring of budgets. cash flow management, and be responsible for the completion of donor financial reporting

Job Specification :

  • University degree in public health and related field with al least five years work experience in community health related education and advocacy working with INCIOTIGO
  • Clear understanding of reproductive health concepts
  • Proven ability to conceptualize. plan, manage programes as well as transfer knowledge and skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
