Job Description

Position: MEAL Manager, Head Office (one)

Job Description :

  • Design and implement result based MEAL system.
  • Develop integrated user-friendly database/software for MEAL.
  • Develop strategies and tools to improve staff member's ability to collect, review and analyze data.
  • Provide technical support to project staff on implementing MEAL plan and logical framework.
  • Manage baseline, mid-term and final evaluation and ensure quality methodology and analysis as well as timely delivery.
  • Develop manuals, user's guide, training materials for staff related to MEAL systems and analysis.
  • Develop communication materials, pamphlets, flyers, posters and others as required.
  • Produce quality reports and share success stories, lesson learned and best practices on regular basis.

Job Specification :

  • Master degree in relevant field with five years of experience in humanitarian and/or development organization in designing, implementing and overseeing MEAL related task.
  • Hands on experience of developing and managing software
  • Strong statistical skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in conducting impact studies including tool design, data analysis, innovative reporting and documenting best practices for organizational learning.
  • Experience of developing result framework including experience in developing MEAL systems.
  • Experience of quantitative and qualitative data collection/survey design, implementation and analysis.
  • Strong participatory management and supervision skills including interpersonal, communications, training and facilitation skills.
