POSITION SNAPSHOT
This role leads and manages the QA/QC team to establish and maintain the quality of products through quality management systems, policies, and standards. This position provides technical expertise and support to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, regulatory requirements, and food safety. The QA/QC Manager also evaluates the processes and analyzes trends to achieve continuous improvement in all the required processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor process parameters of Milling, Liquefaction, Fermentation, Distillation, Water Treatment Plant to ensure quality parameters are met.
2. Monitor quality parameters at the Bottling hall to ensure standard production quality.
3. Sample various points in the process and conducts QA/QC tests as required.
4. Prepare and analyze daily production report.
5. Make recommendations for improving operations or solving process related problems.
6. Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
7. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
8. Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies.
9. Direct, maintain, and enforce safety programs for the QA laboratory; review safety records to
uphold standards of maximum safety for all laboratory staff.
10. Maintain record as per ISO standards to support ISO Audit.
