Wort preparation; Milling grain as per grist bill, mashing, lautering, wort boiling and cooling the wort as the standard operating procedure.
Analyze brewing water to ensure its usability in beer making process
Clean, disinfect and sterilize interior surfaces of pipes, vessels and yeast tanks as per the standard operating procedure.
Pitch right amount of yeast strain to the wort.
Operate, monitor and control fermentation, maturation and storage
Maintain fermentation profile and conduct trub removal, yeast harvest, pressure set point and crash cooling.
Perform filtration of beer with right amount of stabilization agents and carbonization.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of plant and machineries.
Bachelor’s Degree in food science and technology
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
Good knowledge on process equipment
Attitude to learn and grow technically
Basic knowledge of word and excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
