Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Analyze training needs in conjunction with Heads of Department and develop, implement training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or other relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with Master's degree.
At least 2 years' experience in relevant field.
Knowledge of HR functions.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
A stable career history with a demonstrable track record of success.
Computer skills including MS Officer and data analytics.
Fluent in English and Nepali (Verbal and Written).
