Job Description

  • Prepare production plan as per the sales plan and set annual production target.
  • Prepare production budget and ensure expenses are managed within the approved budget.
  • Schedule production to meet the production target of the company and achieve the production target as per the production plan ensuring quality as per standards set.
  • Manage dispatch of finished goods as per the requirement.
  • Maintain good relations with the local community, regulatory bodies and other external parties to ensure smooth functioning of the factory.
  • Maintain good relations with employees, labors and other internal parties to ensure good industrial relations.
  • Liason with the Governmental bodies and maintain good relationship with local government (VAT, NEA, Telecom, Custom, Income Tax, Police, Labor Office, Insurance, Municipality etc).
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the factory premises as per laid down procedures as outlined in our SOP, ISO standards, company’s internal policies etc.
  • Ensure proper implementation of execution plan developed as per the OSH and ISO norms.
  • Supervise and manage all departments at the factory and proper coordination with HO Departments.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate maintenance of all plant and machinery so that there is minimum breakdown and downtime.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports of production, purchase, stock position, dispatch, excise, TAX, VAT  etc as required by the top management.
  • Manage and monitor all civil construction work of the factory.
  • Ensure good human resource management.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Production Management or similar subjects
  • At least 10 years of operational and/or related experience
  • Overall knowledge of general management practices.
  • Basic technical know-how of factory management such as raw material handling, blending, bottling, finished goods management, excise, warehouse and dispatch.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
  • Basic knowledge of word and excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
