Job Description

1. Execute Production Plan

  • Execute production plan as per the production schedule.
  • Arrange all required packaging materials for bottling.
  • Monitor and ensure all pre-operational activities, system start-up activities, in-process monitoring activities of bottling hall machines

2. Raw material, auxiliaries and resource

  • Inspect, store and supply raw materials, auxiliaries, and equipment for operation of bottling section.
  • Check and maintain stock levels of recommended spares and raw materials.
  • Accept, inspect, store and provide packaging materials for bottles.
  • Keep records of all goods received for production

3. Maintenance of Bottling Hall Machineries

  • Conduct routine check of all bottling hall machineries.
  • Assist in mechanical maintenance on machinery and equipment to avoid break downs of the bottling hall machineries.
  • Assist in maintenance of pumps and valves.
  • Assist supervisor in calibrating measuring equipment.
  • Assist supervisor in setting up, retrofitting and operating all systems

Job Specification

Bachelor/s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering or any relevant education with at least 2 year experience in related field.

Experience : 2 or 3 years in FMCG industries.
