Compile summary documents, Product Development Plan, management Summary and Target Product Profile maintains, Collect and include contributions of the Team.
Project Sites include all coverage, control locations including central and secondary dispatch locations, and generation plants and associated facilities.
The detailed schedule will include all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, property review and acquisition, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up, and site and system acceptance.
Responsible to take input from your project analysts and project to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
Working with Project Staffs, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
Monitoring, suggestion to field staffs and modify project schedule as assigned.
Day to day update with executive director.
Job Specification
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
Good reporting and communication skills
Proficient in all aspect of computer application (Ms Office)
Must have familiar with Project cycle and project implementation skills
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in the pressure environment
Ready to frequently field visit
Able to coordination and collaboration with related body.
