Job Description
- Ensure effective communications across different media and formats in adherence to the SS Communication Standards.
- Ensure that annual planning takes place; planners and detailed calendars developed and communication Monitored.
- Manage the webpage of Shakti Samuha’s program, as Country Content ensure regular posting of Information; Ensure the page is up to date, accurate.
- To collect high-quality communication materials, publications and effectively communicate these across key Audiences; while ensuring that they conform to SS standards and promote the image and objectives of the initiative.
- Edit materials (papers, briefs, powerpoint presentations, etc) in English and Nepali.
- Learn, develop, coordinate and maintain an effective social media presence for SS head office, including through blogs, facebook, twitter and other means as appropriate.
- Monitor SS head office in the media; analyze emerging trends to learn, inform planning.
- Communicate clearly and in a timely fashion with external audiences, face-to-face, through email and Telephone; conferences where appropriate, and other forms.
- Manage knowledge documentation; support documentation and publication of work and lessons; ensure Regular learning sessions occur and books code in SS’s documentation.
- Manage the Communication department of the Head office; ensure that all Staffs of SS to easy access in the documentation and communication depart.
- Participate in the SS processes (training, assessment).
- Prepare the Shakti Samuha’s annual report with maintaining the standard of SS, in time.
- Participate in meetings and sessions as needed.
- Coordinate with the board, ED, M & E, Legal, Admin, all project departs and all staffs.
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
- Arrange details of SS with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.
- Produce labels and other documents for official uses.

Skills Required
Fluent in reading,writing & speaking English
Good reporting and communication skills
Proficient in all aspectss of computer application (Ms Office)
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in the pressure environment
