Handle HRIS within the branch scope.
Monitor and ensure company's code of conduct is followed by all the employees in the branch.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Perform general clerical duties including typing and composing memos, letters and general correspondence from written and dictated material.
Overseeing smooth running of HR-related and administrative tasks.
Analyze and understand the problem and maintenance work required
Maintain stationary requirement and uses, prepare memo for requirement.
