Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Oversee daily service operations including installation, maintenance, and repair of home appliances.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage a team of service technicians and support staff.
  • Customer Support: Handle escalated customer service issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to the team and customers.
  • Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on service operations, performance, and customer feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in service operations.

Job Specification


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service management, preferably in the home appliances industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
    • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Technical knowledge of home appliances and service processes.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

To provide better customer service we empower our staffs with different kinds of training. The first of its kind in Nepal, and in South Asia, our Hyundai Training Academy at Lalitpur offers training in all discipline including Sales, After Sales Service, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Product Training. The academy supports Laxmi Hyundai’s aim of ensuring complete customers satisfaction through wholesome customer service.

The new 3S Center focuses on Sales, Service and Spare parts to enhance Hyundai Motor’s network presence in different places. Understanding the needs of customers, Hyundai Genuine Spare parts are available at these showrooms along with exclusive customer lounge and resting facility for drivers.

In order to capitalize growing automobile market, the company has established 12 dealers in major cities of Nepal such Pokhara, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Dang, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Dhangadhi, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bharatpur, Hetauda and Birgunj.
