Job Description

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Receive & identify stock & check goods from suppliers
  2. Assist in verify receiving shipment as per packing list to make sure all the boxes have been delivered
  3. Assemble and verify ordered parts before packing and shipping
  4. Store spare parts as per shelf numbering and parts coding
  5. Maintain bar code to each parts that enter to store
  6. Correctly locate items in stores
  7. Ensure correct identification of customer needs by means of parts catalogues & computerized stock lists.
  8. Ordering & stock maintain
  9. Implement discount structures as applicable
  10. Ensure that all required parts for any particulars repair or service & additional accessories are offered to customers.
  11. Ensure that stock is kept secure & in first class condition & that when issued are suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
  12. Ensure that a receipt, payment or authorized signature is received for all issues
  13. Ensure that stock is only issued in accordance with company policy regard payment or charge
  14. Maintain an effective stock control system
  15. Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  16. Provide quotations to service center& action all service center inquiries
  17. Ensure all paperwork, documentation & requisitions are properly recorded within the stock control system & that all credit sales are made to an authorized signatory.
  18. Verify receiving shipment as per packing list to make sure all the boxes have been delivered
  19. Note any discrepancy and visible damage
