Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Provide candidate summary report to HR Head in order to fix timing for the face to face interviews or telephonic interviews.
Arranging & scheduling Interviews and initial screening the candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with concerned department heads to determine the effectiveness of shortlisted candidates.
Update and maintain employee personal file
Update and maintain employee information
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
Assist in developing standard operating procedures

2. Ability to generate ideas, future opportunities and problems.

5. Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree at least.
