Job Description

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Generate sales lead through visit, referrals and events.
  • Keep track of weekly / monthly individual sales target.
  • Update the remarks of customers after making follow-ups.
  • Daily booking, sales, stock and activities report to Manager.
  • Keep track of stock allocation, transfer and storage of stock.
  • Check all terms and conditions of delivery procedures and strictly follow through.
  • Payment collection on given time, in case of default interest needs to be collected.
  • Maintain good relation with customers for retaining them from losing to the competitors before & after making sales contract.
  • Plan monthly events, customer meet, test drive event and professional meet etc.
  • Do the budgeting of these monthly events.
  • Keep track and manage all the activities from enquiry to post delivery.

 

Reporting

  • Submit daily visit report to corporate manager.
  • Submit vehicle requirement as per booking and sales plan.
  • Submit report of every event conducted with photograph.
  • Submit monthly sales target vs achievement report.
  • Any other report asked by the Manager.

 

Vehicle delivery and documentation

  • Prepare vehicle for delivery check and confirm all the accessories are intact with the vehicle.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Department for vehicle delivery and insurance state.
  • Coordinate with Yatayat Department for vehicle registration and ownership transfer.
  • Collection of customer feedback before delivery of vehicle and ask if any suggestion.
  • Collect Invoice, Bill Book and Free Service Coupon and deliver vehicle to customer.

 

Payment collection & dues settlement

  • Check and verify the correctness of Proforma Invoice and billing.
  • Follow up and tracking of outstanding dues
  • Coordinate with customer, Account Department and bank for timely realization of Bank DO or PO.
  • Keep and check record of payment of each vehicle delivered.
  • Charge & collection of Interest for delay realization

 

Customer Care & Handling

  • Maintain full record of daily visits as per DTS/Software.
  • Make in time follow-ups to customers for getting bookings.
  • Maintain and analyze booking records.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer vehicle delivery requirement in time, Vehicle hand over etc.
  • Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and buying experience.
  • Ensure proper understanding of after sales service & Warranty clauses by customer.
  • Record of customer call schedule, Feedback and report.

 

Competitors Activities Analysis

  • Evaluate & report on competitors activities on regular basis.
  • Collect and analyze competitors’ sales figure.
  • Give feedbacks and suggestions to manager about competitor’s discount.
  • Keep track of all the Corporate deals going on in the market.

 

Compliance with Hyundai Guidelines

  • SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index)
  • Keep and maintain all the necessary documents.

 

Critical measurable functions

  • Development of sales Plan.
  • Always plan to generate sales lead & prospect.
  • Timely & properly reporting to the manager

 

Organizing Events

  • Need to organize corporate events.
  • Work in Co-ordination with Marketing Agency.
  • Work in Co-ordination with Marketing and Service Department.
  • Need to compile and follow-up enquiry generate through events.
  • Keep Track of Any Merchandise and Event collateral.
  • Conduct Offsite Presentation.

In order to capitalize growing automobile market, the company has established 12 dealers in major cities of Nepal such Pokhara, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Dang, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Dhangadhi, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bharatpur, Hetauda and Birgunj.
