Job Description

  1. Sales Targets:

    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet objectives.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's battery and lubricant products.
    • Provide customers with detailed product information and solutions based on their needs.
  4. Sales Presentations:

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Explain product benefits and advantages.
  5. Order Management:

    • Process sales orders and follow up on delivery and order fulfillment.
    • Resolve any issues with orders or deliveries promptly.
  6. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
    • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
    • Prepare sales reports for management review.
  8. Sales Promotion:

    • Participate in promotional events and trade shows to generate sales leads.
    • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
  9. Training and Development:

    • Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development.
    • Stay updated on new product releases and industry advancements.
  10. After-Sales Support:

    • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

 

Job Specification

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive, battery, or lubricant industry, is advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of battery and lubricant products and their applications.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a focus on building relationships.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Technology: Proficiency with sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for sales meetings and client visits as required.

In order to capitalize growing automobile market, the company has established 12 dealers in major cities of Nepal such Pokhara, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Dang, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Dhangadhi, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bharatpur, Hetauda and Birgunj.
