Job Description

Job Description    

  • Maintain records/logs for repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations of IT equipment and computers
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
  • Implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Organize and schedule upgrades, backup of data and maintenance
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
  • Keeps records of IT Report, log maintain, inventory

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in support, Internet security, troubleshooting, Linux and Windows Servers

Requirement/Skills

  • Good communication skills both in English and Nepali
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work on odd time or day/night shift
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Good knowledge of LAN Management, Routers, printers, server, client installation and configurations
  • MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certified would get added advantage
