Job Description

Job Description:

  • Establish and cultivate relationship with company's clients.
  • Handle phone bookings; respond to client inquiries and apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to find solution to client issues
  • Will be performing activities such as converting and uploading files content on different platform
  • Will be responsible for preparing periodic reports of the content management processes
  • Develop sales proposals and collaborate with a company's multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management from time to time


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in customer service is highly desirable

Requirement/ Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Knowledge of adsense and digital advertising    •
  • Should be willing to work as port of a team
  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a valid two wheeler driving license
