Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist in the general front of house management
  • Operate a multiline phone system and greet and direct guests, as well as staff
  • Respond to complaints, service issue and other general queries or concerns as appropriate
  • Overall mail management including filing and mail distribution
  • Maintain a proper record of all tasks carried out in the front of house 
  • Liaise with internal and external customers
  • Ensure proper update and prompt maintenance of telephone systems and all other equipments used at the front of house

Job Specification

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Prior work experience in similar field will be given preference

Requirement/skills:

  • Good communication and customer relations skill
  • Ability to work under pressure, in shifts and in unsociable hours
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and also with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
  • Computer literate
  • Age below 30 years
