Job Description

Job Description

  • Maintain and implement network security updated in order to protect data, software and hardware
  • Ensure all computers and servers working performance, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Update and maintenance of computer infrastructure periodically
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replace computer parts as required, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in support, installation & configuration

Requirement/Skills

  • Good communication skills both in English and Nepali
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft server and client-based environments
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skils.
  • Must be able to work on odd time or day/night shift
