Preparing new development plan, preparing brand position. Preparing new product brief and documents based on new product concept, new ideas, target audience, positioning statement, etc. and the product specifications.
Preparing packaging plan design specification including the material, quality, color, size, etc.
Analyzing the sales report to make inference of current sales against the targeted sales growth, total value, sales contribution and other sales metrics.
Conducting industry and market analysis to understand the current market scenario and the company’s position.
Conducting market research, behavior-based research and visiting onsite to ensure the proper distribution and positioning of the product along the value chain.
Must at least have a Master’s Degree preferably with specialization on Marketing or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-2 years of experience.
Must have good written and oral communication with hands-on experience of conducting marketing research.
Must be a team player who isn’t afraid to take the first step to take new projects.
Must be able to think outside the box and articulate their ideas well.
