Setting annual and monthly sales and collection target and reviewing it continuously against the goals met.
Evaluating the product capacity and analyzing the demand to identify prospect market.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team closely and conducting team huddle to review the target, identify bottleneck and resolve issues in the sales team.
Evaluating resource need and co-ordinating with logistics for order fulfillment.
Analyzing the dealer satisfaction in terms of the marketing strategy employment, financial strength and timely disbursement.
Assessing new ways to minimize product damages from mishandling and transactional damages.
Conducting in house training and orientation for the sales team.
Must at least have a Masters’ Degree with at least 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing on an FMCG industry.
Must be a good leader who can think strategically, make informed decisions and mentor and motivate the team members.
Must have great communication skills and ability to build a strong network.
Must be good with using Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
