Analyzing the industry, assessing the market environment and conducting market feasibility analysis to build concepts for new products.
Preparing schedule, strategy and plans for new products and launch plans.
Organizing and executing BTL activities for product launch and promotions and reviewing the effectiveness.
Developing ideas for new products, preparing specifications for the product and communicating it to the production department.
Managing vendors and maintain good relationship with media, advertisement and research agencies.
Working in a cross functional team and mentoring subordinates.
Master’s Degree, preferably with specialization on Marketing with atleast 3-5 years’ experience on product development on an FMCG or similar industry.
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts and product specifications.
Ability to work on a cross functional team and build relationship with vendor and advertisement agencies.
Ability to work on team and mentor subordinates.
