Prepare marketing budget and schedule media activities with consideration to the current and potential market changes.
Analyze, select and monitor media channels to ensure its effectiveness.
Develop promotional schemes in co-ordination with sales department and evaluate its effectiveness.
Evaluate the competitive environment and re-evaluate the strategies with regards to the market trends.
Coach and supervise subordinates and continuously monitor their performance.
Master’s Degree, preferably with specialization on Marketing with at least 7-9 years of experience in FMCG..
Ability to think ahead and plan strategies with consideration to potential market changes.
