Act as a professional advisor to the Executive Director on all aspects of the organization's activities
Conserves Executive Director's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; participate in executive's appointment, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director as appropriate and jointly with the Executive Director when appropriate.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Incredibly organized and detail oriented.
CA or Master’s degree is preferable
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
Ability to anticipate the needs of senior management, and to proactively solve problems efficiently
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence others
Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent proofreading skills and fluency in the English language
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet deadlines
Advanced computer skills
