Conducting team huddle to set daily sales objective and discuss on bottleneck and issues.
Setting weekly and monthly sales and sales collection goals and continuously monitoring the achievement of set goals.
Identifying needs of institutional clients and pitching the offered product to them.
Co-ordinating with storekeeper, dealer and logistics for order fulfillment and proper handling of company infrastructure.
Documenting order information and preparing market visit report and forwarding it to executive.
Mentoring subordinates and providing on-the-job training to demonstrate job process and orienting on company protocol.
Must at least have a Bachelors’ Degree with atleast 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing on an FMCG industry
Must have adequate knowledge of places and distribution channels.
Must be a good leader who can mentor and motivate the team members.
Must have great communication skills and ability to persuade institutional clients.
Must be good with using Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
