Plan and implement play-based and activity-oriented lessons suitable for early childhood learners.
Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Use progressive teaching approaches such as play-way method, storytelling, games, music, art, and hands-on activities.
Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young learners.
Observe and assess students’ progress through informal and continuous assessment methods.
Encourage exploration, imagination, and independent thinking among children.
Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
Organize creative classroom activities such as art, music, movement, storytelling, and group play.
Ensure proper classroom management and child safety at all times.
Participate in school events, ECA activities, and early childhood programs.
Educational Qualification
Minimum +2 / Intermediate (Bachelor’s Degree)
Experience
1–2 years experience in pre-primary or early childhood teaching preferred
Fresh motivated candidates with training in ECCD / Montessori / Play-Way Method may also apply
Required Skills
Strong love and patience for working with young children
Knowledge of play-based and progressive learning methods
Ability to conduct creative learning activities (storytelling, music, art, games)
Good communication and classroom management skills
Energetic, caring, and enthusiastic personality
Additional Preference
Training in Montessori / ECD / Child Psychology
Ability to organize creative learning materials and classroom activities
