Job Description

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop, review and implement reward strategies and programmes
  • Conduct analysis of the market salary survey and make appropriate recommendations to ensure pay competitiveness and cost effectiveness
  • Manage the annual salary review exercise
  • Monitor payroll operations, benefits administration to ensure on-time service delivery

HR Governance:

  • Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure operation efficiency
  • Continuously assess the operational risks of HR operations and recommend appropriate remedial actions
  • Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements

HR Projects & HRIS:

  • In charge of the HR projects including HRIS migration and Payroll Outsource Project,
  • work closely with system vendor and project management team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality control and data integrity of the human resources
  • To provide timely management reports and projects progress reports

Job Specification

  • Must be a MBA Graduate
  • Must have 10+ years of extensive knowledge of experience in human resource management
  • Proven working experience as HR manager in same industry
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction
  • Experience directing the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive
  • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration
  • Experience in organization development and change management
