Job Description

  • Responsible to oversee the operations to ensure efficient product, reporting to the Director
  • Responsible to ensure efficient product flow, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources
  • Responsible for the marketing and business promotion of vehicles, services, and spare parts and related products
  • Oversee the management of the showroom and the Service Center
  • Guide and motivate the team of co-workers for the best results and plan for growth of the business
  • Builds relationships with local dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry
  • Effectively manages and markets local dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives
  • Communicates local market trends and remain aware of competitive programs as appropriate
  • Reviews local market findings with management and address dealers in problem areas to decide on appropriate action to be take
  • Maintains thorough understanding of key performance indicators relevant to position

Job Specification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Experience of at least 5 years in the automobile industry in a managerial capacity
  • Strong Leadership and organizational skills
