Design effective budget models for each department and entire group company
Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures
Ensure department heads meet budget submission deadline
Compile budgets received from department heads and make consolidated budget statement
Present annual budgets to BOD and get it approved
Analyze the financial information (e.g. Revenue, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are under budget.
Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period and discuss it with senior management
Suggest spending improvements that increase profit
Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations

1. Semi-qualified CA

2. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing company is highly preferred.
